and in Europe to:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

We do not deliver to Africa, America and Oceania. Customers in the USA, Canada and AU/ NZ might be able to order certain products depending on special agreements with each of our partner brands. Please contact our Concierge Team first.


We aim to ship within 3-5 days. But certain products or around some special holidays delivery time might be longer and we are very sorry for that. Your product will be delivered direct from Italy and some items will be extra produced on order request.
You can find the standards shipping time also on each product page under shipping and return.


All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from AEYKO to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specific address, it is no longer covered.
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect conditions, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.


Yes, every item on our platform is guaranteed made in Italy. We work only with trusted partners from the Jewellery field who are known for their quality and reputation as made in Italy.
